The Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB) began its planning and execution in 2018, overseen by the "Taiwan Institute of Contemporary Arts," an organization under the Ministry of Culture. It is centered around the core concept of "innovation" and serves as a platform for shaping Taiwan's most important contemporary cultural incubator. The goal is to create a forward-looking innovation hub, fostering dialogues and connections between Taiwan and the international community, and sparking contemporary cultural imagination rooted in Taiwan and Asian life experiences. Internally, it functions as a physical base for creative incubation, encouraging diverse creatives to interact and cultivate an open and inclusive cultural ecosystem and social environment. "Re: Play " is curated by C-LAB's curator, Chuang Wei-Tzu, along with two guest curators, Wang Bo-Wei and Lin Ren-Chung. They have invited 16 artists to explore various dimensions of archives, narratives, spaces, objects, and the human body through live performances. In this context, the exhibition area is divided into three parts: the Archive Site, the Derivative Site, and the Performance Site, curated by Wang Bo-Wei, Lin Ren-Chung, and Chuang Wei-Tzu, respectively. This project involves the creation of costumes using items like mops, hoses, and trash bins, altering the dancers' bodily sensations and viewing the dancers' bodies as a part of the sculpture. The items serve as both a framework and a medium, transitioning between three different bodily states: dancers, runway models, and cleaning personnel. In this vibrant setting, characters metamorphose from the items.

“P.maraho House” features three characters: the 'Pipe Person,' the 'Leaf Pile Person,' and the 'Mop Person,' all appearing in the guise of inanimate objects. Through their performances, they gradually remove the items adorning them, transitioning from the role of objects to becoming human figures that utilize these items.

Installations of pipes, leaf piles, and mops, in a state that exists between the ordinary and the extraordinary, are strategically placed throughout the park, foreshadowing an impending transformation of energy.
